This pan is most suited for gas stoves that have a large burner.
If you have a ceramic glass top electric stovetop, we recommend the 10" Saute Pan.

Excellent design and ergonometric handle. The handle never gets hot! Lightweight and the non-stick coating cleans effortlessly, regardless of the messd within. Extremely well engineered product, with great attention to the finish. First try out of the box I made a very sticky sauce, and it cleaned in seconds with a few wipes of a sponge. Very little heat needed due to the convection qualities of the metal and coating. I have spent lots of $$$ on similar name brand pans which claimed to be made in the USA, only to find the famed letters on the bottom "Made in China" All those pans ended up in the recycle scrap heap after a few months of use due to the poor quality of the coating.
So I am satisfied to finally find a made in America cookware product that lives up to its expectations and delivers as advertised. Based on what I paid for the famous brands, this product is a bargain. The lid also gets 5 stars for quality and fit.

I was amazed at how light the pan was to handle. So far, we have been really satisfied with the pan and its performance. I was very much intereted in buying in the USA, which led to my search and this website.

I became an immediate fan from the first use. Even cooking (with less heat) and easy to clean.
Much research about healthy cookware was done before choosing Man Pans.

This is a very well made, hard anodized Saute pan, excellent for all manner of stove top (and from stove top straight to oven) cooking.
For easy clean up be sure to apply a light coat of neutral (canola or extra virgin coconut work best) oil before each use.
Pros: Light in weight. Stay cool handle. Flat, stable bottom. High sides. Toxin free, VERY hard anodized cooking surface has little, if any, effect on flavors.
Made in USA. Slight - at most - learning curve.
Cons: None. (It should last for years.)
