ManPans: Thanks for your support! Remember, the key to long life is keeping the surface of you wok clean. Always soak your pan in warm sudsy water after use. For deeper cleaning we use Bar Keepers Friend, then wash with soapy water. Occasionally I will use coarse dry salt and polish the surface. Always apply a small amount of oil after deep cleaning.
