Have used cast iron and stainless pans. Don't like any chemicals in my food if I can help it.
My wife was skeptical at first, but the perfect cheese omelet convinced her. Low heat and steady cooking. I put on some turkey bacon and usually it sticks to the pan and leaves hard to clean scum. The pan wipes clean with a paper towel. I scrambled some eggs for my Mom in Law and when I finished I ran water and just hand wiped the egg residue off the pan no mess, no fuss. The pans are light weight and the handle stays cool, not at all like the cast iron and stainless skillets I used to use. We are going to try to make a skillet of corn bread soon. The cast iron some times will stick and it is hard to get the corn bread to break free. I think our new pans will make it really easy.

I'm replacing all my outdated Teflon pans with these Man Pans. So far they're everything I hoped that they'd be. Best of all, they're American made.

I found Man Pans in my search for Teflon free cookware. I ordered 2 pans and have used both. They are fabulous and worth every penny. I noticed immediately that the surface of the pans is not like anything I have seen before. It is smooth as glass. When I cooked scrambled eggs in it, I found that my non-metal spatula just slid across the pan. It was amazing. I love these easy clean up pans and will definitely order more. The quality is excellent. A must have!
