Hubby makes breakfast, runs cold water in hot pan and has warped every frying pan we own. Threatened him with death if he does it to the two fry pans from Manpan and so far, so good. They lay flat on my glass top stove and by following directions that came with the pans, they cook wonderful without sticking. I really like them and would recommend them to anybody.
ManPans: Thanks for your review! Tell "Hubby" to run hot water next time and let the pans soak while you eat breakfast. This will make clean up a breeze!

I've generally been dissapointed in these pans. Have mostly used them for scrambled eggs. The pans are coated with grease from bacon or sausage, and the eggs then srambled. The egg sticks to the coating, and must be soaked prior to washing. Additionally, the pans do not retain heat as they are very thin and light of weight. I do not find that a lower heat setting can be used.
Based on previous reviews, there must be a problem with the coating on the ones sent to me.
Update: I very much appreciated the fact that you contacted me. Every morning I prepare an egg scramble as part of my attempt to eat fewer carbs. Your recommendation regarding letting the eggs cook for a while at low temperature has dramatically helped. Additionally, We have Barkeeper's Friend, so I will deep clean the pan this morning and use BF subsequently as is needed.
I'll now look for a quality metal spatula made in the USA to further remedy the problem I was having.
Irrespective of the temperature at which I prepare an egg scramble, I spend considerable time cleaning the pans as the cooking surface is not non-stick. I know that they are not sold as such, but a purchaser should be aware that release coating does not mean non-stick.
Again, thank you for contacting me. If you wish, I'd be more than happy to remove my post and replace it with a more positive review as the issue I was having was primarily because of how I was utilizing the pan.

Have used cast iron and stainless pans. Don't like any chemicals in my food if I can help it.
My wife was skeptical at first, but the perfect cheese omelet convinced her. Low heat and steady cooking. I put on some turkey bacon and usually it sticks to the pan and leaves hard to clean scum. The pan wipes clean with a paper towel. I scrambled some eggs for my Mom in Law and when I finished I ran water and just hand wiped the egg residue off the pan no mess, no fuss. The pans are light weight and the handle stays cool, not at all like the cast iron and stainless skillets I used to use. We are going to try to make a skillet of corn bread soon. The cast iron some times will stick and it is hard to get the corn bread to break free. I think our new pans will make it really easy.
Keep it up America.

I'm replacing all my outdated Teflon pans with these Man Pans. So far they're everything I hoped that they'd be. Best of all, they're American made.

I'd give these pans the highest rating if they were not so convex...as in .25 inches higher in the center than the edge for the 12 inch pan.
ManPans Customer Service: The issue with our 12" Fry Pans and ceramic glass stove tops has been solved by making our 12" Fry Pans from heavier material. We have not heard any complaints about these pans since.

I found Man Pans in my search for Teflon free cookware. I ordered 2 pans and have used both. They are fabulous and worth every penny. I noticed immediately that the surface of the pans is not like anything I have seen before. It is smooth as glass. When I cooked scrambled eggs in it, I found that my non-metal spatula just slid across the pan. It was amazing. I love these easy clean up pans and will definitely order more. The quality is excellent. A must have!
