The 12" Stir Fry Wok has a large volume of 3.6 quarts and the flat center bottom transfers heat very efficiently. The Steamer Insert adds an interesting option for cooking vegetables, meats and seafood. The glass lid fits both the wok and the steamer.
Your stove must have a large burner of at least 11" to effectively heat this pan.

I originally wanted the 10" wok and steamer insert; however there were none available by the time I was able to place my Black Friday order so I ordered the 12" version. I have used it with the steamer insert as well as the wok on its own to make a Thai dish. As recommended never put the gas higher than medium and was patient in letting the oil heat up. Results were excellent. I have arthritis in both hands and was looking for lightweight pots...although the size of pan makes it heavier than the smaller size I was still able to use it with eases.

Wanted to buy something made in the USA that was quality to replace a well used pad I had. This one works as advertised, use a little oil and it works every bit as good as the teflon pans.

I used the Stir Fry Wok and Steamer pan as soon as it arrived. I like to steam fish such as shrimp, calamari, clams and mussels to keep them from being overdone. This pan made it so easy to make one of my wife's favorite dishes, fish stew. I was able to do the whole dish in the one pan, capturing all of the flavors from the stew in the wok, while infusing the fish with the steaming broth. The pan cleaned up fast and easy and I will use it for many of my meals. And, I have a electric glass top stove. My ManPans are perfect for this type of stove. They are extremely light, sit flat on the glass surface and really do require less heat. WOW great product!
